Working Principle

MKL-CFB Bed Opposed Jet forms a complete set of crushing system with an air compressor, cyclone separator, dust collector and induced draft fan. After being filtered and dried, the compressed air is sprayed at high speed through the De Laval Nozzle into the crushing chamber, where the materials are crushed by repeatedly colliding, grinding and shearing at the intersection of multiple high-pressure air streams. Later the crushed materials move with the rising air stream to the grading area under the force of the fan, where the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating grading turbine separates the coarse and fine materials. The fine particles that meet the particle size requirements pass through the grading wheel and are collected in the cyclone separator and dust collector, while the coarse particles descend to the crushing area for further crushing, so that the crushed powder reaches a micron or submicron state.
